To the person who made brussel sprouts the new cool veggie, thank you! As roasted brussel sprouts started popping up on appetizer menus at our favorite local spots we eventually gave them a try and I basically fell in love. For a while, roasted was the only way I ate brussel sprouts and then one day I tried a shredded brussel sprouts salad at Cooper’s Hawk (lovely winery I highly recommend for the food and wine!) and my love grew a little bit more. So for our family Christmas this year I decided to take
